Job Description:

The Professional Valet Attendant is responsible for delivering a premium and seamless arrival and departure experience to guests. This role includes safely parking and retrieving client vehicles, assisting with opening doors, and ensuring guests feel welcomed from the moment they arrive. The attendant reflects the first impression of our brand and must maintain a polished, respectful, and service-oriented demeanor at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Open vehicle doors and assist clients as needed.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner.
• Handle vehicle keys with care and follow security protocols.
• Maintain the front area clean, orderly, and presentable.
• Report any incidents or irregularities to management.
• Communicate clearly with the reception team for smooth client handoff.

Qualifications:

• Age between 25 and 65
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable appearance and polite demeanor
• Punctuality, discretion, and reliability are essential
