Job Description:
The Hostess is responsible for delivering a refined and welcoming first impression to every guest. She manages the client flow in the reception area, ensures guests are comfortable while waiting, and maintains the overall ambiance of the front space. As a key figure in the guest experience, the Hostess combines elegance, warmth, and attentiveness to represent the brand’s identity with poise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests upon arrival with a polished and confident presence
• Escort clients to their designated service areas or waiting lounge
• Manage client flow and seating, especially during peak hours
• Offer refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable while waiting
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and atmosphere in the reception area
• Provide general information about services without handling bookings
• Coordinate closely with the Client Relations team to ensure smooth transitions
Qualifications:
• Age between 25 and 45
• Presentable, well-groomed, and poised
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience in hospitality or luxury retail is a plus
• Emotionally intelligent and client-focused
• Able to stand and move around for extended periods
• Naturally warm, professional, and detail-oriented
