Job Description:
The Client Relations Coordinator is responsible for managing all client communication, both in person and remotely. This role combines front-desk reception duties with call center responsibilities to ensure a smooth, seamless experience from the first point of contact to the completion of service. The coordinator serves as the bridge between clients and all departments, ensuring clarity, care, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, modify, and follow up on appointments
• Welcome guests at the reception and guide them smoothly through their visit
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure appointment readiness
• Maintain accurate client records and service history
• Communicate promotions, availability, and policies clearly and professionally
• Handle feedback or concerns and report them to management
Qualifications:
• Age between 25 and 45
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
• Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor under pressure
• Experience in salons, hotels, clinics, or customer service preferred
• Confident in using booking software and digital tools
• Organized, multitasking, and detail-oriented
• Presentable, punctual, and client-focused
