Job Description:

The Security Specialist is responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for all clients, staff, and visitors. This role requires vigilance, discretion, and a calm, authoritative presence. The Security Specialist manages access control, monitors the premises, and intervenes professionally in any suspicious or disruptive behavior, always upholding the brand’s elegance and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor entry and exit points to control access
• Ensure the safety of clients, staff, and property
• Handle conflicts or disturbances with discretion and professionalism
• Assist with emergency situations and evacuations if needed
• Provide visible presence to deter inappropriate behavior
• Coordinate with management regarding any security incidents
• Support the valet and reception teams during peak hours or VIP visits

Qualifications:

• Age between 25 and 45
• Prior experience in security, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong observational and situational awareness skills
• Calm, confident, and respectful demeanor
• Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods
• Discreet, professional, and trustworthy
• Nationality Requirement:  Preferably Lebanese
