Job Description:

The Shampoo Specialist provides professional hair washing and scalp care services, ensuring clients’ comfort and preparing them for subsequent hair treatments. This role emphasizes relaxation and customer care in a luxurious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hair cleansing and scalp massage
• Prepare clients for haircuts, treatments, and styling
• Use professional shampoos, conditioners, and treatment products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the washing area
• Ensure client comfort and address any scalp concerns
• Collaborate with hair artists and barbers to deliver smooth service flow

Qualifications:

• Age between 18 and 25
• Knowledge of hair care products and scalp health basics
• Friendly, attentive, and customer-service oriented
• Ability to work standing for long periods
• Presentable and professional
