Job Description:

The Women’s Hair Artist specializes in a wide range of hair services, including coloring, cutting, styling, and treatments, to provide clients with personalized and elegant looks that enhance their natural beauty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hair coloring (including highlights and full dye)
• Execute a variety of hairstyles and updos
• Provide blow-drying (brushing) services
• Cut and shape hair according to client preferences and trends
• Administer hair treatments (repair, hydration, keratin, etc.)
• Perform perm (chemical curling) treatments
• Apply hair extensions professionally
• Consult with clients to recommend suitable styles and treatments
• Maintain hygiene and sterilization of tools and workspace

Qualifications:

• Age between 20 and 42
• Proven experience in women’s hair cutting, coloring, and styling
• Skilled in advanced coloring techniques and chemical treatments
• Creative, trend-aware, and client-focused
• Good communication and consultation skills
• Ability to maintain high-quality work under time pressure
• Presentable and professional
