Job Description:
The Operations Supervisor ensures the day-to-day functioning of the salon runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with brand standards. This role serves as the connection point between departments and is key to maintaining consistency, coordination, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff performance and team schedules
• Ensure all areas and services are operating efficiently
• Coordinate communication between departments
• Handle daily challenges and resolve operational issues
• Monitor service quality and client satisfaction
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and ambiance standards are met
• Report to upper management and suggest improvements
• Support the implementation of promotions, events, and training
Qualifications:
• Age between 27 and 40
• Prior experience in salon, spa, hotel, or retail operations required
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Calm, confident, and team-oriented under pressure
• Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
• Presentable and committed to high-end service culture
