Job Description:

The Signature Barista crafts high-quality beverages and coffee-based creations with consistency and artistry. More than just preparing drinks, this role plays a key part in the multisensory experience of the brand—adding warmth, aroma, and visual appeal to every visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to the highest standard
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Ensure consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation
• Communicate warmly with guests and respond to their beverage preferences
• Manage inventory of supplies and inform management of needs
• Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure smooth flow of orders
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times

Qualifications:

• Age between 20 and 35
• Prior experience as a barista in high-end cafés or restaurants preferred
• Skilled in espresso machines and beverage presentation
• Creative, passionate about coffee, and attentive to detail
• Friendly, professional, and service-driven
• Able to work efficiently during busy hours
• Nationality Requirement:  Preferably Lebanese
